2011 Summer Programs Promotion


THE CASE:
MU needed to promote its summer graduate programs to in-house and outside prospective students as well as past alumni. Their goals were to promote certain new programs to select sub-groups based on their previous interests, and to get them to respond with the specific summer programs they were considering. Through the use of Variable-Data Printing, Personalized URLs (PURLs), and customized Email follow-up, DD was able to integrate multiple channels and provide each prospect with program-specific info on summer classes based on each person's preferences.

THE RESULT:
22,000 prospects experienced a well-coordinated cross-media campaign; over 6% response from in-house segments and 2% response from outside prospects; 313 completed surveys and 294 requests for more program info.
